Back to work!

Dear friends and followers of my work,

Thank you for your patience…
It’s been over two months since I wrote anything, the reason being… the birth of my son, Kiwan Samuel Ralston on the 20th November.

Kiwan and Mama
The first 40 days of his life were spent in retreat – just the 3 of us, and occasional visits from grandparents.
He is now a strong, healthy, confident, beautiful, joyful, and peaceful little fellow.

And I am now getting back to writing.

With love,

Ben

Ben, this is your friend Nichole from the Yoga Forums. I wanted to offer a very happy congratulations to you and your wife on the birth of Kiwan. Just look at his lovely, bright face--what a dear! I also wanted to share with you that my own son, Felix Rush, was born on December 6, 2010. How sweet to parallel with you the delights of having a son born and these early months of family life. I wish you and yours the very best and highest!

HI Nichole,
yes, he's a dear. Funnily enough I called him that for the first time just yesterday.
Congratulations to you to for Felix Rush (which, by the way, is one of the coolest names I've ever heard!!)
Very sweet indeed...
Much love, Ben
